Virginia Cook & Associates is an independent company. Founded in approx. 1992, by Donna's mother, Virginia Cook, Virginia Cook & Associates worked tirelessly to provide valuable care to families, first-time as well as luxury sellers and buyers. When Virginia passed away in 2009, Donna continued her mother's legacy and got her brokerage license after years of learning and working as an agent with her- bringing attention and care to clients across the desert. We're a smaller company- focusing on you. We don't hand you over to a team-we are with you from start to finish and beyond. Since Donna is an independent broker, you'll have service catered to your specific needs. She supports each client like her mother would want her to- with care and attention.

Donna has an SRES (Senior Real Estate Service,), PSI (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and ePro (Social Media) designations from the National Association of Realtors. Add to that over 20 years of experience in real estate, 14 years as a Real Estate Broker, and 45 years as a desert resident and you'll get loads of local knowledge, education, experience. Not only that, we'll be friends all the way through it and afterwards too.
Donna & Bob raised their family in the desert and want to help you find the perfect home to raise yours in (or to relax in while "empty nesting" or enjoying the single life.) Donna even graduated from Palm Springs High School! They are also jingle writers and performers who play events at local country clubs and write/produce material for local businesses. They are also involved in and assist local charities to give back to the community that they call "home." It's always good to do good.
